Even when my sister got into too many accidents for her reckless driving and by all accounts should have been thrown off the policy,. Mike went the extra mile to make sure she stayed on. Mike has been our agent for 25+ years. He and his staff are knowledgeable, prompt and do their best to meet our needs while saving us money.

I have dealt with Mr. Maslar for years between multiple homes, motorcycles, cars, boat. He's always been professional, polite, and Prompt! He's got the Mom and Pops small business vibe at his office. I would gladly recommend dealing with him for any and all insurance needs.

Literally yelled at me when I told him he made an error on my plan. Was over double my normal rate. Called me a liar and hung up on me when I said I wanted to cancel. Very condescending, only defence on his angry loud end was "I've done this for 30 years" --not an actual defence. Had consistent problems with him and his office's disorganization and issues filing paperwork incorrectly. Was a massive time sink trying to correct his mistakes over the year of service.
