Michael Lukacs: Allstate Insurance

Michael was my insurance agent for only a couple of years, I was forced to switch due to my new home, and I really would have preferred to stay with him if I could. He is honest, he is not pushy, he truly has integrity and aside from all that he still manages to have excellent customer service, which we all know is rare now a days. Michael still answered my calls and returned my calls long after I cancelled, even if it was an accidental call, he would call me back and we would chat, he would answer insurance questions, despite no longer being my agent. Seriously dude, you're awesome!!!

The whole team here is awesome, friendly, and courteous. Brie Sobley did an amazing job helping me out of a tight jam. My commercial insurance carrier failed to notify me of non-renewal and my agent was of no help. I had gone into this agency to pay the premium, when I found out about the non-renewal, on her own initiative, Brie began shopping for a replacement policy, and secured a replacement policy that is actually cheaper than my former insurance company. Thank you so much for the hard work and diligence regarding this matter. I highly recommend these folks for your insurance needs, they are professional and can get the job done.

Bad Experience from Agency and Claims, You are Not in Good Hands with ALLSTATE! Plus I saved over$1200 Annually by Switching to State Farm.

Very helpful. Would be just a bit better if everyone was on the same page. Seems like one agent doesn't know what another agent is doing. There is no link at the ground floor. Only people who can see what everyone is doing is corporate. They should link their systems so they can see your account across the board.
