Michael J. McDyer: Allstate Insurance

I feel I pay a slightly (minimal) higher premium but I get so much more than I might with some other companies. When I have a question, a real human, who is able to give me a useful information, answers the phone . Shortly after I purchased my home, I had a leak due to a faulty installation. The agent responded immediately, came to my home to assess the damage and sent the need repair amount to me very quickly. Their service is worthy of 5 stars!

We’ve been using the McDyer office for over 30 years and they are amazing. They are attentive, thorough, helpful, so very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. We are lucky to have them.

My Wife got rear ended so i called once to file a claim and they handled everything. I never had to follow up again. They even got all of my extra expenses reimbursed. In the past with other insurance it was always a hassle and fight to get paid but with this insurance agency it could not have been easier. Highly recommend getting insurance with them.

I would recommend and have recommended Allstate Insurance Company to all my family, friends and neighbors. They are always there to help with any question or problem my family and I have had. Allstate makes you feel like family that cares instead of just another insurance company. Allstate has great customer service.

I switched my agent to Mike after my last agent failed to respond to my request for over a month. Mike corrected this within the day of me changing over to him. Janice who works with him always follows up promptly to make sure your concerns are addressed. I couldn’t be happier with their responsiveness and follow through. I would highly recommend them!
