It's always a wonderful experience to work with Beth at Michael Hodges State Farm in Pensacola. I have both my homeowners and Vehicle insurance with State Farm. My daughter's vehicle insurance had lapsed unknowingly to us. She was on a policy with her father. Beth worked with us from the beginning to the end to get the policy reinstated. Call after call after call. Beth was very patient, knowledgeable, incredibly attentive and professional throughout the entire process. When the policy was reinstated, Beth took the time two days later to followed up with me to ensure if myself or my daughter needed anything. A1 customer service received from Beth.
