Probably the best experience I've had with an auto insurance agency. They insured two of my vehicles over two and a half years and it's always been easy and friendly interactions anytime I've had to call the office. Would recommend.

This January I decided to look into various insurance companies for 3 vehicles as well as a primary home and a seasonal home. When I received the quotes, the auto insurance policy was much more expensive than what I was currently paying and the home insurance was slightly lower. I realized that when you combine policies that you get discount rates, however it was still significantly more money to insure both homes and autos with Allstate. I asked and received separate quotes on just the homes and was told by Michael the agency manager that there were ways that they could work around the discount and received a separate quote with only the homes on the policy . I don't get in accidents so all I do is pay my bill which is in line with all other carriers. I get deluged with lower offers but once the numbers get run it's a photo finish. Apart from that they always are available to you. It boils down to how good the company is and I have no plans on changing.
