Michael Carroll's agency continues that high standard of customer-centric practices and top-notch service. Always answer our calls, or call back immediately. Always try their best to completely respond to our inquiries. They've been a breeze to deal with. Always friendly, informative, and go above and beyond, to help us. I drove to your Ocala office in my 27 year old BMW today because it has low mileage (an antique - always garaged and babied) and should qualify for a low mileage discount. I wanted your agent to visually look at the odometer and divide the miles by 27 years to show the average miles driven per year. Your agent refused because she needed recent repair invoices: no exceptions! Great Insurance Company! Michael and his staff are professional and responsive. Always there for your everyday needs and super quick to respond in a crises. After a recent accident (not much in the way of personal damage but a total loss on the car) Michael immediately had all hands on deck to help us out. I wasn't happy with that whole experience so I took my home insurance to another insurance company.

I've been a customer of Michael's agency for several years and have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism of himself and his entire staff.
