Michael Butterfield - Aflac Insurance Agent

This has been the worst experience ever with this insurance company. I was injured on the job and out of work for some time. The company I am employed with sent me to the doctor and after an X Ray and M.R.I determined I tore my meniscus. I had to get surgery and recover for some weeks so I put in a claim with aflac. I sent in all the paperwork aflac ask for and am getting nothing but the run around. I thought I was covered for such an incident with a good company, turns out aflac is just in the business of taking your payments and not covering you in your time of need. I would recommend going with another insurance company before something happens and you have no peace of mind when it's time for aflac to step up.
