Excellent insurance agent- ALWAYS returns phone calls and has always been willing to go the extra mile to find the info requested. We have been with Michael Buhr for over 23yrs and he has never given us a reason to look elsewhere. He never tried to upsell us, even when our kids started driving. When we had to file a claim for hail damage a few years back, he helped translate what the claims adjuster was asking for, and requiring, to what the contractor was doing and providing. In short, we highly recommend him for your insurance needs.

American Family Insurance is a great company. We haven't had a lot of claims but Michael Buhr has been really good on the claims we have had. Michael Buhr is always there for you. Whenever I have questions I call him & he is more than willing to help me. He is always very courteous & friendly. His receptionist is very nice too.
