Horrible service provided. I have provided them with required documents multiple times to them sending me a letter asking for the same information over and over again. It seems like the will do anything to not pay out a ligit claim. You are just donating your money if you deal with this company.

I'd be real concerned about a security breach if I used this company. Someone from their phone number called us at 1:00 am and again at 3:00 am. When I tried to reach them during business hours, it took three tries to finally speak with a "security" person whose response was "yeah. We been getting calls 'bout that. phone company don't know who it is. building is locked at night." I'm not a customer. Not even in the same state. If they've got someone using their phones in the middle of the night I wonder what other information has been breached.

Is insurance company have one of the beautiful building. It has a connection with the Met Life Stadium.
