Mike was great to work with. Had to sign up blind in a pinch for insurance last year. I was dreading the insurance shopping this year as I typically spend a lot of time comparing and spread sheeting the differences between coverage's, deductibles, costs... etc. Mike has been good to work with over the last year but I didn't know if I was getting the best rates. After spending a solid 8 hrs getting specific quotes to compare I found Mike was saving me over 1k/ year across house, bikes, RV, boat, and auto. More impressively was that Mike knew the insurance well enough he could answer on the spot which carriers would automatically cover items without having to buy the additional policies the other quotes I received from State Farm and Farmers told me I would have to buy.

Do not recommend this company - run if your employer uses them. Been struggling with them for 6 weeks on my short term claim while on FMLA. Trying to deny me as “not covered” when I’ve been paying for coverage for years. When you call customer service to speak to someone they can’t give you answers and they “don’t have numbers to the case managers” to connect you to your case manager. Case managers never call you back when you have a call back request in. The numbers on your claim for your case manager to be reached at isn’t a real number. Their website is a joke. Half the time it’s not working or when you do get it to work stuff is missing half the time. This is the second time I’ve had trouble with them. First was back in 2020 I should have learned my lesson then. Do not use this company

This insurance agent is very knowledgeable and knows how to take care of his customers. I've been with Mike for several years and always felt he had my interests first. That, coupled with MetLife being a top notch insurance company, makes for a winning combination.

This is no longer there. It's a different place now and couldn't find one near here.
