Met Life Auto & Home Insurance: Kemp Ryan

Only time I spoke to Ryan was when policy was setup, anything after that expect to get voicemail with directions to call main MetLife number. If you file a claim for anything, let's say a storm where all of Rochester loses power for a week and you have problems, don't expect Ryan to be available to answer any calls/questions. Expect to be directed again to main number where it takes a bit to get guidance. Than when you do file a claim, expect to be reassessed within weeks. This was my first time using metlife, always used USAA before. Will be switching back or looking elsewhere.

I can’t believe someone left a one star rating. Ryan has always been great! He has gone for bat for me on numerous occasions and has saved me tons of $$. He is always quick to reply and takes all the time necessary to help. Always courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Ryan really helped me out when I needed it by providing better coverage for a cheaper price. He covers my whole family and after he found a good deal for me, he reevaluate my family's insurance, without being asked, to help them out as well.
