Met Insurance

This is not an office for customers to visit regarding their MetLife policies. It is mostly used for training and operations on the back end. If insurance had a warehouse for example, that's sort of purpose of this location. It is operations only.

absolutely awful service. a whole building but there isnt a single person that can help you. just gotta call a bunch of numbers and have someone answer that you cant even understand. not only that but calling does absolutely nothing to begin with.

For a large company that is concerned about customer service MET life has proved to me that there is NO sense of urgency to help their clients in their time of need. It has taken 6 weeks to process my short term disability claim. I have been told that more documentation is needed time and time again and that faxes have not been sent/recieved and my case manager has blamed my health care provider for not sending documents after I stood there and watched them send it. 7 times this has happened. Unless something miraculous happens I plan to drop MET insurance as soon as this case is settled, and tell everyone I work with of my experience and that they should consider another company for their insurance needs. I have tried to be patient and let the bureaucracy play out, but it seems that this

this company has ignored our short term disability claim for 10 weeks now complete lack of communication on their part . wish i could give a a zero.

Horrible this place they expect to much and wont even give you a chance neither to show them your even good enough to work here if i can give them a ZERO STAR i sure would.
