I've been a customer for many years. I just recently got another vehicle and needed to transfer plates & insurance. The customer service I received was out of this world ! Cynthia helped me start to finish and went above and beyond to accomplish the task at hand. I had the most pleasant interaction with all the lovely ladies in the office. Y'all ROCK !!!! I am beyond happy with all you did !

Working with Merrimack Valley Insurance is a breeze. I got myself into a bind when I was with another insurer. When they didn't respond to my issue I called Merrimack Valley Insurance and they not only took care of it for me, they wrote a policy that protected me much better. The office staff made me feel as if I was there only client and gave me the time I needed. They are very responsive and informed me of my options. Being a small business owner myself I understand the importance of good customer service and at MVI, you will get great customer service. They far surpassed my expectation. I would without hesitation recommend them!

I just became a new customer for my autos and home and couldnt be happier!! I searched many companies before coming here and they exceeded all of my expectations and more from exceptional customer service to fantastic rates!!  Lauren and Jan are both amazing and went above and beyond!!  Jan spent a lot time with me, she was so patient, very informative and really searched to get the best prices for me. I never felt rushed and they were both very helpful and extremely friendly. I felt like I was their only customer and knew this is the place to come. Honestly, this was the best service I have ever received. Too easy! My agent, Nick Gennetti, is always prompt and actually answers his phone! He and any of the other staff have been polite and appreciative of my business and very knowledgeable of their products. For example, as a business owner and home improvement contractor, it is a direct reflection upon my business when one of the Merrimack Valley agents provides one of my clients with a certificate of insurance WITHIN MINUTES of my requesting one.
