Doing business with our local State Farm agent has been an extremely disappointing experience. Their customer service could stand some improvement, when you speak with someone, the tone feels dismissive, like you’re inconveniencing them. When we needed assistance the most, they were unhelpful and difficult to work with. Insurance is something you hope you never have to use, but when you do, you expect coverage, and support to find solutions. Not with these folks. After our most recent interaction with them we immediately sought out new coverage and cancelled our home and auto policies with State Farm.
