I just spent an hour on the phone with Meritain. I pay $2k a month for the insurance. Vaccines are fully covered. However, Meritain will not cover them at the place they are available. Functionally this makes them not covered. It is a sneaky little unethical trick. Offer to pay for a service but won't allow it to be covered any place that offers the service.
