Various reasons for this one star. Went through the Jerry app to get to get coverage. 1. They offered me a rate and then hiked the price by 26 percent. When addressed they just say "oh, those 'final prices' we offer are subject to change'". Offering a rate based on risk is acceptable. Offering a "nice-sounding" rate to get people in the door is not. 2. They made a mistake and included other drivers on my coverage. When I pointed that out, they changed the coverage and INCREASED the rate. Why would a rate increase if the risk decreases? They had no reasonable answer. 3. I took a defensive driving course and have now requested on 3 separate occasions that the discount be applied. They simply direct me back to Jerry, who says "we'll send that right over" and then I hear nothing.

Gave me a quote but then said I didn't qualify for the quote I was given as a guaranteed! Which worked out cause I got a cheaper insurance with same coverage
