Mercury Insurance - Grettner Insurance Agency

It was extremely rude of me to call and ask if there were any Chinese people there, and to hear "no" immediately hang up.

I've been with Grettner (Mercury insurance) for 20+ yrs and honestly never have I had an issue with them. Joe has taken real good care of us even contacting us to offer changes that would reduce cost. It's like having family on your side looking out for you.

They were so rude to my mom she was trying to get a quote on the insurance her name is Jolie she had an attitude doesn’t know how to talk to customers and the front desk guy also was very rude being sarcastic and hung up on her his name is Joe they were extremely unprofessional wouldn’t recommend . Never have been treated like this!!!!!! 😡😡 horrible service never again!!

Been a customer here for over 25 years. Joe sertuce and family are amazing and some of the best in the biz. Great rates. Definitely recommend this place for insurance needs.

This insurance Agency has been in the family since I was a child. They literally cater to you. What's so refreshing is they are honest and helpful as well as eager to save you money.
