I have been with State Farm for over 10 years. The whole team (Merbert, Terry and Stacy) is more than just helpful. Terry always listen to my questions and concerns then take the time to answer my questions. She explained everything to me from customer point of view so I can understand better. Stacy is amazing she's on top of everything regarding my premium, policies and coverage etc. When she said she will get back to me, she actually will follow through. Not only I saved a lot of money all these years , they actually help reduce my stress at time of accident happened. They are the best !!!

Everyone I have worked with has been great. Very responsive and knowledgable but Stacey stands out from the rest. Personable and professional... makes one feel like they are more than just a number on the list of tasks to do. Stacey always answers all of my million questions and hand holds me through the claims process when I needed. I actually thought about leaving State Farm for cheaper insurance... Stacey is the only reason I stayed.
