The times I’ve called the lady’s who answer the phone don’t greet the customer they don’t even say hello until you actually say something disappointed in there customer service, I called yesterday so they could cancel my insurance and the girls there seem not to care or do there task I had to call the contact center instead! Melissa needs to have a talk with her employees!
