Came to Melissa Ems after our prior agency was unable to help us find a new homeowner's policy. The staff was very helpful walking through the process. They were quick to respond to email questions and the entire process was smooth to get a new policy up and running. Update - 1 yr later - we've had some changes in our policy over the year and the folks at Melissa Ems have always been quick to respond to questions, let us know how to get a better deal/discounts, and provided an all around pleasant interaction. We've worked with 3-4 different people in the office over the past year and each one has been a good experience.

I recently had a rate increase for my car insurance and wanted to shop around to see if there was a better deal out there. It turns out I'm getting a pretty good deal even with my rate increase, so while a better deal was not found the information was very helpful.
