I have been with american family insurance (in Illinois/Missouri) since I could drive, and my mom even longer than that. My family had always been happy with how we were treated and the prices, that is until I moved to Arizona and had to switch offices. The prices now are much much higher than what I am used to and the customer service is subpar. I had a fine experience with Melissa over the phone, but twice someone else has answered, I'm assuming a secretary, who has been extremely rude. In 3 months there have been multiple miscommunications and when I voiced that I was upset that I was not receiving consistent information the secretary told me it was not their fault (even though the information came from their mouths and I asked many clarifying questions) and that I should find anoth

Love our insurance agency ! We have been with 3 yrs and counting many more yrs to go . Just perfect company for us . Never going to another agency ESPECIALLY NOT Progressive , State Farm .

Always answers the phone and makes additions and changes to policy immediately. Highly recommended.
