Horrible experience!! Please beware!!! They falsify information, and restrict medical care in order not to pay. I was a patient over 7 years, but within the past year I've seen the quality go down hill. There is a lot of negligence, but since the services are in Mexico they have high influence when it comes to legal action and cover ups. I'm afraid to go to Mexico now because the supervisor in member services threatened me, and called me names last week . The hospital, health plan executives, and doctors are aware of what happened. ‐

I was severely sick ! And went to the e.r I was there for 4 hours and my family was still unknown of what was going on with me . And when they finally admitted me to a room the room had no a.c !!! I didn’t really care about having a tv or whatever but a.c !!! I had a high fever and I had to tell them to get me a fan because it was so hot in my room I couldn’t take it ! And they were wrong on my diagnosis I had to come back to u.s and get admitted here and properly get treated for it ! And they charged me over 200$ a night . In total payed 500$ for one night and half a day ! Don’t think I would come back here if I’m insanely sick !

It is extremely difficult to get a post surgery appointment. I’ve been getting the run around for months now.

mas que opinion es pregunta si vivi en san diego puedo ir a revicion aqui? en caso de algun problema medico. la cuestion es e ido a tijuana y me an tratade de la fregada y la ultimna ves seme complico una vola que me salio en la cabeza porque no me revisaron bien y estoy asta apunto de cambiarme de aseguranza por esta cituacion los doctores en tijuana nomas recetan sin revisar apropiadamente. ya es la segunda vez que nomas me recetan sin revisarme apropiadamente y seme a complicado el problema y asta pagar externamente e tenido que hacer

Pregunta puedo tener seguro medico para mi y mi esposo vivo en san diego tenemos que tener aseguranza me sirve para cuando hago mis taxes?. Gracias saludos.
