She presented options, helped guide me in my own research, and was patient and accurate in offering recommendations. The signup process was smooth and easy. Thank goodness my neighbors told me about Cindy when I was asking them what kind of medicare advantage plan they were using. I used one recommend by my PCP when I turned 65 and it was fine but I found out recently it was not going to be offered next year (2026). I went on the official medicare sight and you could look at different plans including supplement plans which I thought I'd be stuck with as I didn't see any good advantage plans.
