Noel was very knowledgeable about what I wanted to do and walked me thru the steps very carefully so I didn’t make any mistakes, he also explained everything in detail. I was very impressed with agent Noel. I cannot think him enough for the time and effort he put in to try to help me. He is knowledgeable, professional and also respectful. I would definitely refer him to anyone who is looking for auto and home insurance.

As long as the price remains as is this was a no brainer choice. Noel explained everything to me. I compared his quote to the insurance I had. I pointed out the differences (thinking that is why his quote was so low). I was wrong my price did go up just a bit but somehow he got me even more coverage. My auto insurance literally was almost cut in half, and honestly that is not an exaggeration.

We had to drop this agent. They would never return back calls. We weren’t getting correspondence and they couldn’t fix the issue we were having, though we were assured countless times they fixed our account. Month over month…and u mean close to a year…we had to call because something was wrong with billing. Was so unnecessary and time consuming…we switched and never had another issue.

Dyana was very pleasant and friendly to speak to. She was great with explaining things great detail. We shared a few laughs. I would highly recommend her. Thank you for all that you have done.
