I have enjoyed the excellent service and personal attention I receive from McKnight Insurance. Pamela Byrne has been very helpful and thorough for all of my insurance needs. They have provided my General Liability Insurance for years now. I am an Arborist/Tree Service, I require the advice and help from these professional people.

Dixie, with McKnight Insurance, was WONDERFUL in getting a homeowners policy set up for my late Mom's house. Since we just needed a few months coverage until the house sold, she found us a company that would work with us. And, when the house did sell and we had to cancel the policy, she was right on top of getting the refund for the unused portion of the premium sent back to us. You just can't find customer service like this very often. Thanks Dixie!

I hate changing insurance and don't do it often, but I am so glad we did this time! Anna and the whole agency are so helpful and wonderful to work with! They were able to get us MORE insurance than the previous co. for the same amount of money! We feel like we are well taken care of with this insurance agency and would highly recommend!
