Worst experience ever!! I kept calling for a few days now trying to get a quote and all they say is they are going to give me a call back and never do.. ridiculous

I had a car insurance policy that I was being charged more than I could afford. So, I requested to have that insurance policy cancelled and start another one with a different company. So, they did. However, they didn't tell me that the company I was cancelling would charge me a cancellation fee, which negated the savings I made by transferring the policy. PLUS, they didn't inform the state that I still had insurance coverage. So, I get a letter from the state saying that because I didn't have any insurance coverage, that my car registration was suspended. I had to get a specific form from McKinney insurance and go over to motor vehicle and get my registration updated. I had been driving on a suspended registration and didn't know it until I got the letter from the state. McKinney d
