I had this agency for home and auto for over 10 years. I built a new home 7 years ago called GENA BRADLEY asked for a full coverage homeowners policy, paid around $7000.00 in premiums for the home in June of this year the ice maker line leaked damaged the hardwood floor. When I called this agent to file a claim their response was are you sure you want to file a claim you have a $500.00 deductible. I replied yes that's what I have insurance. So I got an estimate of $2048.00 turned in the claim the insurance company called me and said I didn't have coverage for that. Now I have a complaint with the Ky Board of Insurance, trying to get the floor fixed. I don't know how far we will have to go maybe all the way to court ..I suggest do not take this agency at there word, if you are shopping loo
