I have been with McDougall for years now and have always had great service. Kelly goes above and beyond to help and always works hard to get me the best policies for my needs. I love that she sits and explains every detail with me and helps me understand exactly how much coverage I have and for what, and doesn't try to sell me coverage I don't need. She really is my "go to" lady and I'm more than happy that with her service.

Terrible service from Rhonda. If I could give zero stars I would . She left me 5 days with no car insurance even though I gave her lots of time to get it. So we got it elsewhere in 15 min . Same with a relatives tenant Insurance. In 3 days no quote. ( just wanted basic tenant Ins - should be quick to get a price. Got elsewhere in 10 min online . Horrible service all around from Rhonda. !!
