I’ve been insured with Max Lam’s office for many years. His office team has always been attentive and provides great service. My rates had recently increased. His office explained reasons due to inflation and high claim activities in California which I understand. Most importantly, his office was able to assist in helping lower my premium! I’m glad to have them service my insurance. Great job!

I would be remiss if I did not give Mr. FRANK NUNEZ recognition for the outstanding service he provided to me. I was regretting making the call as I had to resolve an estate issue. I had made calls to other institutions where I was put on hold, disconnected, or more often dealing with a rude and incompetent operator. Mr. Nunez was compassionate, competent and efficiently resolve with my situation (and saved me money). I highly recommend this State Farm Office and do not forget to ask for Mr. FRANK NUNEZ.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Consistently rude, unprofessional, and unreliable—multiple promises to return calls were never fulfilled. I eventually switched agents, and the new office has been a massive improvement in every way. I would not recommend anyone from this office, especially Dawson. He once told my sister and me, "I don't get paid enough to do all this," which says everything you need to know about his attitude and lack of professionalism. They seem more focused on overcharging than actually helping clients. If zero stars were an option, they’d get it.
