On 1/13/2026 I called in to make a payment to my policy which was due and upon doing so the amount I paid was credited to someone else who is not on my policy or associated with me. After contacting the office and speaking to SEVERAL AGENTS about this issue and being promised to receive call backs about it which I never got, It has yet to be resolved. Even after providing a bank statement showing the charge and the email with other person account information, a month later I am still getting the run around and no one will give a complete or honest answer.
