Mauricio Alvarado: Allstate Insurance

I am very happy so far with the service provided by the Mauricio Alvarado Allstate insurance agency. They are responsive and knowledgeable, and the agent I worked with knew what she was doing and gave me prompt and friendly service. I also found the rates to be somewhat lower than my previous provider offered.

I first went with them because it was a really good price, and I even added my husband to the policy because of how good the price was. They started charging us more and more for no reason. We had a clean driving record, no accidents or tickets. I switched to another insurance that is charging us almost $200 less. When I called to cancel, the lady I spoke to was very passive aggressive and rude because I was switching to a different insurance. Never again will I go back to them!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!!

How to Videos began when YouTube did noover 20 years ago. I have Car Insurance with Allstate and would feel more a part of my Team if we gave Credible Driving Tips! Do Drivers realize while driving into most Parking Lots today they are on private property and by not complying with area rules could get a ticket? Many STOP Signs are ignored sadly. Allstate could stand out by reminding Americans how to drive better! Though I enjoy Dean Winters Mayhem we have to appear Credible and Instruct our Drivers. It seems like TV Commercials budgets are used for unteachable silly scripts instead of Bold and Responsible Messages! It could appear that you have time to joke around with my money...Wouldn't we be proud to Drive better?

Highly recommend this place. I moved and continue to do business with this office. Brenda N. Is so helpful and understanding and takes her job seriously and listens to all my needs. If you want excellent customer service this is the place to go.
