SCAM! BEWARE. If I could give negative stars, I would. Do not use them for any service they provide. When I came in, Mauricia refused to let us see the policy sheet she filled out regarding my house and submitted the questionnaire before we could review. That should have been a huge red flag. From there this office pulled a classic bait and switch and the policy price was suddenly more than what we agreed on when he left and then a refusal to cancel the policy from her office. All around a dishonest business that should be avoided. I see that others have had similar experiences as mine. I feel they are doing shady business. She offered discounts that we both knew did not apply and told me they could be added, and then my policy changed a couple months later as they were force dropped off (price went up, too). I think they try and get you a really low rate in order to get your business, by any means necessary. Often talked to office staff about policy changes, and not the agent. Did not feel they are acting with integrity or have my best interest in mind.

I really want to thank Nori and Mauricia. They gave the best help and advice I have ever received from a insurance company. Gave the cheapest quote right from the beginning compared to Geico and Statefarm. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to switch auto insurance companies .

An outstanding service. Being with American family insurance, is the best. Whenever I call, no matter if it’s something small or urgent they are very efficient and friendly. I really recommend this office.

Worst place ever!!!!! Don't recommend this place your insurance provider. They are shaddy and unprofessional!! Won't be using them EVER!
