I’ve been with my Allstate agent, Martha, for years, and she has been nothing short of amazing. Anytime my husband or I call or email with a question, Martha is always quick to respond and walks us through anything we need with patience, clarity, and genuine care. You can truly feel that she looks out for her clients. Our communication has always been smooth, and she consistently goes above and beyond for us. I would absolutely give Martha a 10/10 and refer her to anyone and I already do! Highly recommend!

Maria and Gus and their staff are a breath of fresh air. Horrible people to work with, that includes Matt Roll, Eliel Rodriguez, Gus Diaz, and especially William Melber because when I said that William messed up my insurance he never responded to me and everyone else avoided giving me an answer and now I'm at a complete loss and they will not help. Hopefully anyone that reads this will find another insurance company because I wish I never went with them.
