I would give this team 10 stars if I could! My family has worked with Matt Pryor’s office for over 10 years now. Our agent, Ryan, has been amazing in helping us protect our family. Ryan goes above and beyond for his clients! This team gives you peace of mind, highly recommended.

We have been with Matt Pryor for over 10 years! Initially, Matt assisted us with homeowners, vehicle, and life insurance. Matt actually came to our home and helped us develop an insurance package that would best fit the needs of our entire family. When we moved homes, Ryan took over our account and has been absolutely exceptional! We opened a business two years ago and Ryan assisted us with all of our commercial needs. Our commercial business occasionally requires additional insurance for state contracts. These additional contracts are often time sensitive and Ryan has always gone the extra mile to help us out (often times getting us everything we need within 24 hours). Statefarm requires you to use their app or they threaten to cancel your policy. Their app has a lot of problems and their help line hasnt been able to do anything. I requested Matt pryor to put in a work order, to email their I.T. department to help me and they refuse. I hired Matt Pryor as my agent to help me with an auto policy not make excuses.
