Matt Miller - State Farm Insurance Agent

Matt Miller's State Farm has always tried to give me the most coverage at the lowest price possible. They have gone out of their way, I feel to suit my needs. Especially Brittany. She is very easy to work with and great at her work.

Brittany is amazing, she goes out of her way to cover all points and options. She gives practical advice, and she keeps you informed of everything as it’s happening. She even texted me months later just to double check I was happy and wanted to let me know my auto policy was going to renew! She’s a no pressure resource that literally explain everything to me like I was 5 years old, because I don’t understand insurance at all.

This agency has treated me with the up most respect and they actually considered my situation, coming from a 21 your old man that's never had insurance, and just got his license they took me in and gave me a cheap and affordable price! Not to mention every single time I got on the phone with the agency they got straight to the point with professionalism and kindness, And they helped me out with everything I asked of them. I'll tell you right now Jake did not disappoint! 😂 thank you guys!

I almost did not answer the phone today but I sure am glad I did. Insurance rates are outrageous and after speaking with Brittany, she was able to get me a rate half of what other companies were asking. She wasnt pushy, she was honest and worked hard to get me all the discounts I qualified for. Now I have car and renters insurance for less then half the price everyone else quoted. Thank you brittany!

Very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Also, they work around my work schedule when I need to call and talk to someone. Not to mention, very affordable rates. All around, a great experience so far :). Brittany is very helpful and so so nice. I love the fact that they don't pressure you to take on more than you can financially handle. The level of care and understanding is outstanding! Thank you all for all you guys do.
