We have been dealing with a water leak in our home (kitchen) that started about a year ago. The mitigation went smoothly, however the restoration process was not. We went thru 4 project managers and two cabinet specialists to get the job done. The claims submission thru the restoration company (general contractor ) was only partially resolved. We finally submitted 3 claims directly thru Matt for cabinet replacement and hardwood floor repair. (subcontractors). We were paid for 2 of the 3 invoices. Matt reached out to us right away about the invoice that wasn’t paid, resubmitted it and we were paid promptly. Matt was also helpful thru the whole claims process with the mitigation and restoration company, as well as being an active go between for us and the State Farm Adjuster. Highly recomme
