I reached out to State Farm to obtain information to determine if it was beneficial for me to switch insurance agencies. I spoke with Penny who wad friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. She took the time necessary and made the process easy to understand and I did not feel rushed or obligated. Despite the fact that I chose to stay with my current company, I felt like her representation of the company needed a kudos because in today's climate, it is hard to find patient and helpful people who take the time to help you make a fully informed decision. Thank you for the great customer service. Should I find myself looking to switch insurance agencies in the future. I will definitely consider uour business.

Kelly Francis was a pleasure to work with today. I would say the experience we had was the epitome of customer service. She quickly assisted us in the issue we had via the incorrect info on our account and quickly sent us info regarding our inquiry to road side assistance.
