Matt DeMille - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was with Matt and his team for only a year (changed insurers to obtain specific coverages in multiple states). I received service from Matt and his team that was more personal and MUCH more competent than from my previous agent in Kailua Kona. Matt feels genuine, a rooted local business owner with a family, who supports community activities in Kailua Kona. Most of my detailed interactions thereafter (modifying amount insured, deductible , billing timing, etc.) were with his employee Alex, who was unfailingly responsive, patient, and meticulous. I was very sorry to close my account with this group: they took excellent care of me. They are best in town!

Not only does Matt and his team go above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my policy was exactly how I wanted, his employee also informed me of the importance of hurricane insurance, well worth the price for the peace of mind. If you’re looking for the best, personally tailored plans and policy’s, with a staff that always seems to genuinely care about my questions, I can’t recommended this State Farm office more! 10 stars in my book.

Worth a commute to work specifically with this agent, Matt. When our house flooded he answered every phone call, followed up, and made sure we took full advantage of our policy. He gives honest advice and doesn’t try to make money off of you. He will anticipate things you might need and reach out as well. Highly, highly recommend!

Matt is the most amazing insurance agent I’ve ever known. Over the last seven years I’ve had situations that seemed impossible to fix but yet, he always solves the situation with the utmost simplicity.
