Jennifer Buckner has always been our agent that my husband & I go to for our insurance needs . She's very professional, friendly & answers all our questions that we may have, explains them to where we are able to fully understand them. The office as a TEAM ARE GREAT, we've spoken to Harley & Matt & they are absolutely awesome, but we have mostly spoken with Jennifer. I guess you could say, once you get used to someone you kinda want to stay with that one person, just like you would your dentist or doctor. You trust them & their advice.
