These people need to get on their job. They never answer the phones or respond within a timely manner. They act like they can do home owners insurance, but they make it impossible and take their sweet time on putting quotes together when they know home ownees are on a time limit. I paid cash for auto insurance and when I requested a refund to switch they would not give me cash back. If you have a real emergency and you use this company good luck, because they won't answer to help.
