I spoke with a man to gather insurance documents needs for an HOA community. The male agent I spoke with literally verbally attacked me , told me "spit out what you want" "you dont listen well" "if i sound frustrated right now with you its cause I am" - if you do business with this grump I feel sorry for you!!!!
Don't bother. They'll deny your claim after you've been out of work for months for a disability and can't work. Why get insurance? Don't waste your money.
Leo Papir has been insuring my complex. I requested documentation and he is rude and condescending. Hung up on me. My community pays him. DO NOT USE unless you enjoy being abused by those who you hire.

Bad service! I called to request a certificate of insurance and I received the worst service ever. The man who took my call was helpless and rude.
