I have been with Mark for a couple years now and have not really needed help very often until recently. I called mark and told him what I was looking for and he had several ideas that he gave me in order to accomplish what I needed. I then needed a COI and Mark and Lisa were in it. I had my COI in a timely manner. Anytime I call them I feel like I am there only customer because they always have time for me and they are able to help me quickly. I highly recommend Mark and matrix insurance for your insurance needs. Keep up the good work. Y’all are awesome.

I recently shopped for new insurance policies and I’m glad I did! Mark helped me with the entire transition process and did an excellent job matching my policies while saving me money!! Mark at Matrix was great! Our family was in the middle of moving from MI, searching for a house, switching auto policy’s, and on top of all that 8 months into waiting for another little family member to join us. Mark gathered all the needed information and then worked behind the scenes taking a huge load off our shoulders. When it came to policy switching and closing dates things went flawlessly.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute worst experience with an Insurance company. The insurance agent was quick to take my money without divulging critical information about the insurance I was purchasing. Also, when contacted about issues that arose, the agent lied and said he went over the information and told me all that would happen in the process, this is NOT the case as he was just covering himself. If I would have known the incredible problems this would cause I would not have purchased the insurance at that time. Be careful and ensure you get ALL the information on the process and procedures used when purchasing any insurance from this company!
