The entire staff at Mathews Insurance has been amazing to deal with. My family has used them for many years and have been nothing but 100% satisfied. They are quick to answer any questions and go up and beyond when you may need guidance or help. Mallory, Brooke and the rest of the office staff are professional and go beyond what is expected...they are truly a joy to work with.

My agent Mallory was very wonderful for the years I had Mathews Insurance and was always only a phone call or text away! It was a great place to have my first insurance plan through as when I had my first claim she was there to help me through the whole process.

I have been extremely happy with Mathews Insurance and the staff. If you call, you will always get a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. I have been a customer for many years, and I have never had an issue with them. When I lost my roof and main electric feed in one of the recent wind storms, they were right on it - and it was less than 10 days from the time I filed the claim to the time a check was issued. I taught business management for 30 years, and this company and the staff get an A+ from the teacher!
