The Mason agency gave 20 years of excellent service insuring our 250 year old house through earthquake and lighning strikes capped by discovering after we finally sold it that we had overpaid premiums and arranging for a refund. Well done!

They are the most friendly insurance group that I’ve encountered. They moved my policies over to one shop and took away the chaos of dealing with multiple brokers. They ended up getting me better coverage at a much lower price by simply housing everything and searching for all appropriate discounts. I can’t imagine going anywhere else as they’ve made my life worry free.

There is this one lady upfront that always answers the phone she is the worst and the most rude person I have ever dealt with every single time I call she has an attitude and I am so done with it! Mr. Mason is nice and tried to help you but to be honest it's not worth it to deal with that lady's attitude I can't even call to change my card on file without attitude and getting hung up on I have been with them for two years and I don't deserve that treatment!

Called to ask a simple question about business insurance, was greeted with a "Uhm, what is your name?" I simply wanted to know if they could even discuss a business insurance product. Reiterating that I wanted to know if they could handle such request, the response was "Do you have a last name?" NEXT.
