my wife has insurance here we tried to price to combine and he was very rude and then added me without my consent for minimum coverage and billed her when I asked to price it to the same coverage I have at progressive he said he couldn't and I should stay with them then they won't let me cancel over the phone have to go in and sign

My elderly Aunt was referred to this agency through a neighbor of hers who claimed they were one of the best Erie Agency’s around. My Aunt is a long time customer of Erie insurance, I believe well over 20 plus years. She had some questions she needed to get answered , as she was getting some conflicting info from her current agent. When she called this agency and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Frank he was EXTREMELY rude to her. He would not answer any of her questions. The questions she was asking were of a generalized nature. Now keep in mind, she is already an Erie customer as well as my husband and I. She was contemplating going to another Erie Agency, and certainly not to this agency after this experience! If this is the way they treat a potential customer, I shudder to think

I forgot the name of the guy whom I had spoken to, brian, maybe. Very polite & professional. The ladies who answered the phone were also very professional in the way they spoke to me and relayed messages to make sure I received a call back regarding some questions I had.
