Masato has been our agent for over 10 years. Fortunately, we haven’t had to reach out for major insurance issues until recently. When we experienced a leak in our apartment and asked for guidance, he responded with a generic, copy-paste reply and simply referred us to call a number. When I called, the representative was confused as to why our agent would handle it that way. There was no personalized service at all.
