My father called as my family needs to renew our health insurance for the year. We click on the Spanish queue and never are transferred to someone who speaks spanish. We get on the phone with someone who speaks English and ask for someone Spanish so my dad can better understand, he can speak English but it’s better for him to understand everything in his native language. We ask to speak to someone in spanish and they just tell us to call again and that we cannot be transferred. Eventually we call again and a woman named Ebony answers. She sounds very quiet and gentle as if she does not even want to speak. These representatives are really making people more problems. I have being trying to renew my daughters insurance for two months now, they keep changing the rules on how the system works, every single time I call there is a new rule that aparrently only the supervisor and the associate talking to you knows about because they keep making up these dumb rules now I can’t even access my account because they passed a new rule that if you have a tax ID they will hang up the call because apparently they’re not allowed to talk to you. Please get staff that it’s competent enough to work.

Today, I was talking with an agent over the phone, and he gave me the feeling that he was the boss. I was calling because of a technical issue. I usually don't like to write a negative review.

I am currently pregnant and have united healthcare insurance my old card has a old PCP on it I need to find a new one and put the new name on my card.... so I called united healthcare and they said I also needed to update my address before they can help me and they transfer me to Maryland health connection and I can't get in touch with anyone I really need help I can't see anyone I have to keep going to the emergency room !!! What am I doing wrong ??

I don't want to give star but I have to for writeing review One of the associate change my son Gender and the first time o call on Feb 14 2024 they acting like that was my foult and they told me to wait for 15 business days and I call back after 15 business days the other associate she don't care about my problem she focused on election I thought she is going to help me and I spend more than a hour but she didn't do nothing she say she is going push my case but nothing and I call again after 15 business days I talk another lady she say the something and I call after 14 business days and she told me to wait 1 more days and ask me to call back on Tuesday Apr 9 2024 I gave them 1 more day and I call today they say the escalation day already passed and you have to wait another 15 business days
