Both ladies (Mary and Evelyn) are extremely professional and treat their customers with care. They were incredibly knowledgeable about insurance requirements, and used their expertise to find the best plan for me that meets state requirements but fits in my budget!

This review isn’t so much a reflection on the Lippe Agency, but more-so a reflection of Allstate Insurance, who they do represent. We’ve been with Allstate for close to 50 years, insuring multiple properties including automobiles. We submitted a claim back in early Feb ‘23 for siding damage to a property and for 7 months now Allstate has continued to drag out the payment process. Every time we seem to be on the verge of making some progress with one adjuster, we get moved to a new adjuster; now on our third. Considering we have filed no major claims in 50 years, this has been utterly frustrating and unacceptable. The damage has yet to be repaired and I now feel I have no choice but to hire a public adjuster to do the job of a company we’ve been paying for all this time. I’d rather pay a li
