Mary Angarola State Farm is awesome. They are extremely helpful and informative (a breath of fresh air from my previous insurance company and rep that I left more than 10 years ago). I have recently been working with Melisa on changing my wife's plan from another State Farm location in central Illinois up to this Lisle Office. Melisa has exceeded all areas of my expectations in regards to help and service in transferring the coverage. Melisa, and the rest of the M.A. team, are extremely responsive and positive. I'm really happy with State Farm as a whole, and truly do appreciate the level of attention this location in Lisle offers me and my family. I was with state farm for 10 years. I never missed a payment, I never made a claim. I always had my insurance set up to automatic payment. In march of 2016 I received a new debit card and missed a payment. In April of 2016 I crashed my car. State farm said because I missed one payment of $68 they were not going to cover the accident. I had a loan out on my car so in bank placed forced placed insurance on the loan. I thought this would be good because then they would cover the accident. Well no, state farm is saying I had coverage until may 29th because the insurance was "suspended". In the past few months I have sat on hold for countless hours, spoken with countless people who have no idea what they are doing. No one can help me, I haven't spoken to one single person who knows what
