Marty Stavas - State Farm Insurance Agent

My insurance agent has been Marty Stavas for years. It is nice to know that he is only a phone call away, or that I can drop by his office to get my questions answered in a very professional manner. It definitely beats dealing with an insurance company that is online only, because if I have a question or an issue I want to be able to talk to someone and get an answer.

Marty has been my agent since I got my license. He's been there for whatever issues I was dealing with, whether it was an accident, or a late payment. He's very kind and understanding. I'm very happy to have my insurance through him.

Unprofessional, standoffish, difficult to deal with (especially if you file a claim). House insurance was dropped after claim was filed; rejected for auro insurance. It's okay though because they aren't the only game in town, or maybe they are if you are a long time client. I went down the street and received curtious, honest service.

They always answer and never gave me hassle for calling on my husbands behalf. Awesome customer service. Nothing but good things about this office. Highly recommend.
